Selbstliebe beutetet für mich Freiheit und ein Leben zu führen, aus dem ich nicht ausbrechen möchte. Die Liebe zu mir selbst bedeutet, dass ich auch an schwierigen Tagen mit mir selbst befreundet sein möchte und dafür Sorge, dass es mir gut geht.
Der Weg dahin war lang, denn nicht immer war ich gut zu mir. Es gab eine Zeit in meinem Leben, da fühlte ich mich komplett von mir selbst abgeschnitten und begann Alkohol und andere Drogen dafür zu nutzen, mich selbst nicht mehr spüren zu müssen. Das war mir jedoch lange Zeit nicht wirklich klar.
Erst als ich aufgehört habe gegen mich selbst zu kämpfen, konnte ich mein inneres Licht wieder entdecken und mir die zwei wichtigsten Fragen stellen:
1. Wer bin ich eigentlich wirklich?
2. Wer möchte ich eigentlich sein?
Damit begann die Reise zu mir selbst. Heute helfe ich anderen Menschen mit viel Freude dabei, ihren eigenen Weg in die Unabhängigkeit zu finden.
